The Colorado Rockies put right-handed pitcher Josh Fogg on the 15-day disabled list Monday because of a strained left groin. Colorado called up righty Ryan Speier from Triple-A Colorado Springs. Fogg was injured while running to first base on a bunt attempt in his start last Tuesday in Arizona. The move is retroactive to May 23.
