The Colorado Rockies activated left-hander Jorge De La Rosa and placed shortstop Troy Tulowitzki on the 15-day disabled list on Saturday. De La Rosa was scheduled to make his first start this season against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night. Tulowitzki tore a quadriceps muscle in his left leg Tuesday and could be sidelined until the All-Star break.
